He is honest & upfront whether an alterations can be done or time to retire/donate the garment. Comment: If I could give infinite stars I would! Tina and the entire team there saved my wedding! And that is not an understatement. They went above and beyond and provided literally the best service I’ve ever had anywhere! They are so professional and so good at what they do, if you need anything dry cleaned and I mean anything, you need to go to them.The tea:David’s bridal alterations completely ruined my wedding dress seven days before the wedding. They tried to spot clean my dress against my permission and when went to pick up the dress, it had a giant red stain on the front left breast. They didn’t tell me about it, they just thought I might not notice. Not only that but they made it extremely difficult to get a refund for the alterations and don’t even want to pay for the cleaning that I had to go do. But honestly it was worth it because I got to interact with Tina and their whole team. She talked me off a cliff and repaired the damage done by David’s bridal just in time for my wedding this coming Saturday. I literally cannot recommend them enough.

Comment: Miracle Workers!!! I have been using their dry cleaning services for about 2 years. From wool to silk to stain. But recently they totally blew me away. I had a beautiful new jacket that I managed to get a big green ink stain on it. I was devastated because I spent so much on it and the stain was massive on the front and on the sleeves. I went to pick up on pick up day and this super nice gentleman came over to talk to me about my jacket. He informed me that he had been working so hard on figuring out how to clean it and getting the stain out. 2 days later I picked it up and it was literally like new!!!! Oh my god I was in shock and still am. And the sweetest thing is that I was more than willing to compensate them for all of their time and they did not accept. They charged me the flat fee originally charged. That deserves a gold star in my book!

Comment: Super friendly front desk. Alterations were done amazingly!! I thought my favorite sweater was ruined beyond repair. They fixed it seamlessly. I am beyond impressed and will definitely be using them for my new dry cleaning services.

Comment: I moved to this cleaners because of the excellent service in both cleaning and how they treat customers. Everyone is greeted by name (unless they are new clients and the crew has not gotten to know them yet) I 100% recommend this cleaners to everyone I know. I might add that you dont have to point out spots as they inspect each piece thoroughly prior to cleaning.
