Comment: Their laundry service is impeccable. We send bedspreads and blankets that are too big or thick for our washing machine. Also, we feel confident in sending fabrics that we would be worried about with other laundries, such velvet couch covers. They read directions and take great care of the wash. We are willing to pay for this rather than stress our washing machine, or use the industrial washing machines and dryers in a public laundromat.

Comment: The best example of customer service Ive ever encountered. The Staff is friendly and professional, as well as the Drivers, who pick up and deliver the clothes.When laundry is returned the clothes are wrapped and covered. Shirts, hoodies, etc are hung and covered with wrap.. Freshly Folded offers many choices of highly rated detergents and softeners that protect my clothes. Ive noticed my clothes are keeping their shape and color so I dont have to replace them as often as I used to. Ive been using Freshly Folded for years and plan on using them many years to come.

Comment: At the age of 79, Freshly Folded is a wonderful service, no hassle with sorting, bundling, and carrying my laundry to the Laundry room. No heavy lifting and no Problems with my back. Everything is so much easier. I was spending a lot of time simply sitting in the Laundry room, getting nothing done in my life other than waiting, now Im free to do any activity I choose. The cost is only slightly higher than doing it myself and when you are on a fixed income that is very important.Im trying to get my friends to take advantage of the Service, and again, since time is valuable, Please give this service a try. I know Im glad that I did.

Had cleaned those in-house but it became to time consuming.I check the internet and found Freshly Foldedhad the services I use now.They picked up one day and returned the next day. Also, we had dust mop head’s needing services.They had the ability to fill our laundry needs and made it possible to maintain our store as needed. Keeping up with daily duties to keep our showroom in the best possible condition.

Comment: This was my first time doing this service. I just organized my dirty clothes into vacuum sealed bags and plain trash bags. Which they returned my vacuum sealed bags . The company communicated, through text, their ETA . I left the bags on my porch and they picked them up. Very fast. They delivered my clothes VERY organized and neatly folded. A little expensive compared to my complex laundromat. But I would say worth it. Cut my time more than in HALF. Thank you.

This company has taken one huge thing off my to do list every week and that is invaluable to me, but if you want to talk money - this service is also a great value and completely worth it. ONLY thing is I’m curious if there is a way to return the wire hangers they put some of clothes on. They’re piling up! This info may be on their site - honestly haven’t looked hard, but if I could return the hangers then I find 0 fault with this company. Nothing but smiles from me!

Not only do they do a great job taking care of laundering (and dry cleaning) our clothes, they also pickup and return our clothes THE NEXT DAY! They are also very reasonably priced. I am so glad I saw one of their trucks and found out about them. If you want to find more time in your day/weekend, check them out. You wont regret it.

Comment: This is absolutely the best thing since sliced bread!! My life just got infinitely better and I couldnt be happier!!! About us: Both parents work full time, two kids who are in elementary school, and neverending laundry that just piles up. This company had a 24 hour turnaround. I left everything in 2 gigantic bags on my front porch along with hangers and the very next day when I came home from work it was all returned and waiting for me. Nicely folded/hung up and covered with plastic to protect it from the outside.The pricing is absolutely affordable!! What a great company!!
