Comment: Needed to pick up my dry cleaning items and suggested coming in Saturday. However, they are closed. The very courteous lady offered to meet me on Saturday. Wow! That is exceptional customer service. Will continue to do business with them coming from Oroville.

Comment: I really appreciate the great service. Unlike other places in town, they were able to complete my dry cleaning in the matter of a couple of hours! I was a little surprised at the price of each pillow case, but the bed spread was reasonable and cant beat the quick service!

Comment: Great service, and was honest about what they thought they could do. I brought them a mystery prom dress (no care/fabric tags) with mouse damage/staining and they brought it back to life. Not a stain to be seen and they even ironed in the frayed edges of the mouse hole to make it easier to repair :) very happy!(They specifically said NOT pretreating the stain helped)

Comment: GOOTA GIVE IT A TRY. Recently tried this store for the first time under the new management. REALL good service, on time, perfect press. I am a bit of a stickler. First time in, they took notes and asked several questions. I now use them exclusively and recommend to anyone who asks. During these times is is REFRESHING to see a business go above and beyond.
