Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Work is always done on time and often ahead of time. Great communication in terms of notifying me of status. When I text to say Im on my way, cleaning is ready and waiting.

Comment: I first took my two pieces to Milt & Edits and left because they wanted $27.04 for each jack -- lightweight jackets. Went to Flair Cleaners on Laurel Canyon in Studio City as I used to use them for years when I lived a couple blocks from there. They charged me a total for both of $24 and change. They even put a note on one that at no charge they took care of some spots on the jacket. The girls were great. Thank you for the savings. I am on a limited income, and it meant a lot to me. I needed last minute dress alterations for a Europe trip, which was the next morning, and Diana greeted me with a smile and assured me that shed do the best she could to make it happen. I even insisted on them not having to press it if there wasnt any time, and again she nodded and said - it will be ready hemmed and pressed for you! Talk about excellent customer service! The seamstress and tailor were delightful and so helpful - I wish I could remember their names. My fiancé picked it up and again they were all extremely helpful and friendly. The work was exceptional. They all deserve recognition! Theyre all GEMS! AMAZING team!

The turnaround time was really fast. They offer the eco-friendly green reusable bags. And my clothes looked great! I was nervous about the alteration because one of my legs is a little shorter than the other and I have used several alterations people in the past with unsatisfactory results. Not only were the pants ready before the promised pickup day, I was notified of such. I picked them up and they were perfectly shortened. Thank you.
