The staff is very pleasant, friendly, and work hard to bring quality customer service. They actively communicate pick-up times with emails and texts, and are never late on your clothes being ready. The shop also recycles plastic and hangers which is environmentally friendly and saves you from collecting metal hangers and trash at home. Lastly, one of the best perks is this shop will repair any tears or broken buttons in any item of clothing. Comment: I have been bringing my white button down shirts here for laundry and colored shirts for dry cleaning and suit pants and jackets for dry cleaning for more than 15 year.You will not find a better cleaner anywhere!Perfect every time and if not perfect they will re-do them.One time they damaged a shirt but they paid me for the shirt in credit. Some other times the stain or dirt did not come out and they got it right the 2nd time. One time I brought them a heavily soiled white shirt that I could not repair on my own and they made it perfect, like new again--I could not believe it.They are VERY expensive.Last week: White shirt laundry on a hanger: $4.95 a shirt.Last week: Dry Clean Black Dress Pants: $ 11.95But if you want your clothing cleaned right every time--you have to pay it. Go somewhere else and it will cost you 5x that amount or more because you will have to replace your item.As far as tailoring here:Very expensive: $5.00 to sew a button on pants. And another time they did a poor job on hemming so I dont go here for that. But that was many years ago--maybe they have a tailor that is better now. I cant take the chance--I need someone that knows what they are doing perfect the first time. Very hard to find!

Returned garments are very professionally pressed, wrapped, packaged and consistent on results. Prices might be higher than most dry cleaners but A) you get what you pay for B) I also think everything is expensive anymore so might just be an incorrect analysis on my part. They dry cleaned my American Flag at no charge which was cool of them 😎. If I had one suggestion...after 8 or 9 years, no one ever calls me by name or acknowledges Ive ever even been there before. No Hi Ms Smith or Oh hello, nice to see you again . Again, might just be my midwestern mindset. 9 out 10!

If you live in the South Bay and ever need a dry cleaning for your valuable clothes, Flair Cleaners in Redondo Beach (1900 Artesia Blvd) is the place you should go! For the end of winter, I have sent 3 dress shirts, 6 cashmere cardigans, and 2 wool coats for their service. They provide free pickup and deliveries on the date you choose. Their skills in cleaning, ironing, and presentation are truly high quality and professional! The staff found that I have left a melted candy in the pocket of one of the coats and called me, saying that they will try their best to clean up, and they did! They provide 15-40% discount coupons from time to time so the cost is very friendly. Amazingly, they delivered all 11 clothes within two and a half days! Also, most of all, they provide non-contact pick up and delivery during the safer-at-home lockdown. I will be their long-term customer!
