Comment: This cleaners is fast and efficient when it comes to alterations and repairs. They did nice repair work on both of my daughters ice skating dresses, and they did them quickly at a fair price. They have definitely earned repeat business from us in the future.

Comment: I am amazed by their service! I forgot to remove my lipstick inside my lab coat before I washed it in a dryer so all my white uniforms turned pink. I spent so much for bleach but didn’t come off. Then I finally decided to go to Five Star Cleaners, and the guy was so nice and did his best to remove the pink stains. I was so happy when they got to remove the stains. I saved me bucks from buying a new one!!! So impressed! The price was very affordable too! :) Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comment: Ive been to a few cleaners in the lake forest/Laguna Hills area and I always keep coming back to this one because of the quality and care. Ive been coming here for 10 years and Im never disappointed. I recently learned that they changed ownership but it still remains in the family. The new guy, sorush, makes an effort to remember my name and makes an effort to have small talk. His mom also works with him and she’s always smiling and greeting me too. They didn’t let go of their older employees which is why it still remains great. They havent changed prices or made any changes which makes me happy! I brought a white dress that the fabric in the front was ruined and needed to be conditioned. I took it to a cleaners in Laguna Woods area and couldnt do anything about it but brought it to five star cleaners after and made it looking brand new. I also gave them my satin shirt with a lot of beverage splash marks and they removed it off this difficult fabric.

Comment: A couple years ago I was new in the Laguna Hills area. Tried several dry cleaners that had good customer service ratings. They were all very expensive and service was ok. Since I need my shirts, pants and jackets washed all the time, due to the work I do, I needed to find a more affordable place and finally I found Five Star Cleaners. My expense is now half and I also feel treated like a dear friend when I go here. My clothes also get top notch treatment. I truly feel blessed to have found this gem of a dry cleaner.
