Comment: Ive been coming here for my dry cleaning for years now and they have always done a great job with my clothes. I would drop off several pieces each week pre-Covid, and my clothes were always ready when promised and cleaned very well without any residual oder. Never had any issues. Ive tried other places in the area before and none have matched their quality of cleaning. Staff is always very friendly and they greet you with a smile too.

She gets me with the biggest smile which was genuine and welcoming! It only cost $15 to dry clean 2 white Dodger jerseys. Both jerseys had some stains on them that I thought would be tough to get completely out.... they look brand new! I was able to receive an email to confirm my drop off and#of items left. I got email notification when my jerseys were ready for pick up. I also got my receipt emailed to me too. I will definitely continue to come here for all my dry cleaning AND alterations! 👍🏻

Over the years we have taken in clothes with wine, blood, oil or grease spots and he has miraculously been able to get it out of the fabric. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable with your clothes. He has found a credit card, money or important papers in my husbands pockets and has offered to deliver them to our home. Comment: I go off and on as needed. The employees and owner are always polite. I was there on Thursday and dropped off a suit and had to go back Friday with another suit. I paid extra as we needed the suits right away. The person helping me texted me the additional surcharges etc as she did not know all the information- that was very helpful. My only complaint was that she wasn’t wearing a mask. I know OC doesn’t have the same restrictions as LA County etc but I do like the person helping me to wear a mask esp if there’s no plexi screen. Again, their service was great and suits came out very nice.

I have been to plenty others where my clothes come back with a noticeable scent, not very clean, not pleasant.Hiten is wonderful, very personable, always calls me by my name and seems to do that with his other customers from what I have witnessed when being in there. The staff is also great, very friendly and welcoming.Overall completely satisfied, would not go anywhere else! And they offer delivery services! Haven’t tried them since I live so close but that is a great option for people who are always at work.

Comment: My wife and I had used this place for years and always appreciated the impeccable service we got. Earlier this year we decided to move a few miles away so I gently let the owner know that we were sad that we would not be able to do business with him anymore. He assured me that we would be able to continue to do business as usual but I was not sure how that was going to be possible. Turns out they offer a service to customers in the local area where they come and pick up and drop off all of your dry cleaning once a week. I leave the dirty stuff in the back and when I get home from work the clean stuff is waiting for me. How much does this cost? NO EXTRA CHARGE! My only disappointment was that I hadnt known about this sooner. They have our debit card on file and the whole thing has been working like clockwork for the past six months. The owner even cut me some slack on an insufficient funds scenario. Its not often that my expectations are exceeded so high that I feel compelled to write a review but I feel like it is the least I can do for what has been done for us. If you are looking for an honest, clean operation I recommend that you check em out!Shane P.

Hiten met with me to look at the dress and assess the damage -- it was an outdoor wedding on farmland, so the bottom of my gown was pretty much black from being dragged through dirt, grass, and cobblestone pathways. Hiten explained that some of the tearing in the lace wouldnt be restored through cleaning, but that all of the dirt and sticks and stains could be removed back to about 90% white. I was BLOWN AWAY with how bright and clean my dress became when I got it back. I would say more like 99% restored. Thank you, fantastic cleaners!

Comment: Hiten is the owners name. Hiten has a great staff, he really cares about his customers. I am starting a new job at a bank and he gives great advice. Now his dry cleaning machines are state of the art and his prices are great. I recently needed some garments ready next day because of a special circumstance and he was able to work something out for me and have at least a few garments to put me through a few days. I am a customer for life now because of his extraordinary customer service.
