Comment: Over priced and rude employee the girl in the front was super rude to me when dropping of my items and at pickup I receive all my items stained with black marks in which two of the items where brand new no reason to be stained whatsoever. Comment: This was my very first time ever using a dry cleaners. I had no idea what to expect and I needed a quick turnaround. I didn’t know that if you drop off clothes on a Fri/Sat you wouldn’t get them back until Tuesday. I needed my new uniform dry cleaned for my new job starting on Monday morning. I had no idea the uniform needed to be dry cleaned until Saturday!! (My mistake for not checking sooner) Now I’m in a panic. I came to Falcon ridge dry cleaners and the woman who helped me was so understanding and so sweet and said she could have my uniform ready for me by Monday morning! I explained this was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect and she was SO KIND!! This is an amazing place and I’m so glad it’s so close to me! I will be using them from now on!

Comment: Spectacular service. I am here with my 3 kids to get our clothes cleaned and pressed for my friends wedding. Then I came back with fresh, well-ironed clothes and amazing engagement with the owner of the business. 10/10 would totally recommend giving your clothes to this place.

Comment: I have to admit I chose to go elsewhere due to the reviews here..... however the cleaners I was going to changed owners and my husbands clothes began to smell. I dont like to travel far so I gave this one a go and I am very happy I did. EVERYTHING is done in house when I drop my clothes off they are ready the next day at no extra charge. They also have a bag for you to drop your clothes off after hours. In addition to this I have only been coming here for maybe 2 months and they guy I see in the morning knows my first and last name. I am pleasantly surprised glad I came here.

Comment: I have been going here for 10 years now and I just love everything about this dry cleaner. My shirts are always nice and clean and its always ready on time. The staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work guys. They offer same day service and love the convenience of 24hr Drop box as I have to leave at 4am for work.Bottom line : Great Place nice people quality work

Comment: I have been going here for a year and a half and I have had no problems with my uniform shirts. Its a bit pricey for a comforter I brought in. My only suggestion is give a discount on something on our anniversary of being a loyal customer.

Comment: I’m a bit blown away from the negative reviews here. I have been coming here over the past 10 years. I wear a suit, dress shirt, and tie nearly everyday. I also have a love of silk Tommy Bahama camp shirts that need TLC in dry cleaning. I have been to many dry cleaners and truly believe this is one of the BEST.If you randomly use dry cleaning you may not understand the difficulty with stains, the frustration of dress shirt collars or the proper pleats in dress pants. These guys get it! My suits, shirts and silk shirts always look great. I’m sorry...but I’m going to stand up for Falcon Ridge Cleaners. If you dry clean a LOT... like I do.... you will love this place compared to other local places!
