This will now become my go to. Took a crochet dress that had dye transfer under the arms from a black shirt I wore over it, plus a silk shirt that I managed to have a drink spilled all over it. Both Ilber and Giuliana are a super class act, bringing their genius to a neighborhood that is so lucky to have them. I was in town for bizz and needed some tailoring done for a photo shoot and I new that Executive Image Cleaners was the place for me. Giuliana is an absolute genius in her tailoring skills and she is the sweetest being who is living a purpose helping people be their most fabulous. She is absolutely wonderful and a gift from God as she knows exactly how to tailor things to bring out the best for people. She did multiple items for me with such a can-do attitude and I just fell in love with her graciousness and her gorgeous spirit and loveliness. Ilber is such a gentlemen and brings such dignity to all he does and I felt so taken care of while I was in LA and he and Giuliana are just so committed to the neighborhood and they bring their heart and soul to it. Ilber is the kindest man and knows how to treat people. These folks are elevating DTLA and they feel like the heart of the community. In a few short visits there I feel like family and I didt even want to leave LA because they are so wonderful and caring. I went in for some tailoring and we adopted each other and I consider them the gems of DTLA and I will visit them each time I am there and likely go to LA more because I get to see them. Truly do yourself a favor and bring all of your cleaning and tailoring to this amazing family business and youll be rewarded by their top notch service and warmth. Id fly from SF to LA just to give them my bizz because the truth is that in their industry they are the best in the bizz.

I used to own a Dry Cleaners and Alterations company in Northern California and know how this business is run. They took care of things that I didnt even bring up but they did it as an added service for no charge.For example, I had two missing buttons on my shirts and forgot to tell them about it when I took my cleaning in. When I picked them up, my shirts had two new buttons and they looked great. You might think that is not much but it tells me that they pay attention to detail and I love it because thats how I ran my business.I also had a pair of pants that I needed hemmed last minute for a business meeting and they were altered perfectly and quickly. There going-the-extra-mile service was very refreshing to see and experience since I dont see that too often in businesses these days. I am definitely coming back regularly. Thank you! You guys are awesome!

The first time I dropped off clothes I asked for starch and Juliana recommended only light starch on the light colored shirts and no starch on the dark colored shirts in order to avoid damage on the shirts. Comment: For the last year my husband and I took all of our dry cleaning across the street to Ralphs because it seemed convenient to drop it off while grabbing groceries. However, Ralphs never did a great job. My dresses constantly came back with new pulls and my cashmere sweaters are now pilling. My husbands shirts would come back with the stains still fresh. Did they even attempt to clean it? I was beginning to wonder. So we were fed up with the lousy quality and decided to try Executive Cleaners. Talk about a GODSEND!!Not only are they super friendly, they do an amazing job! I brought in my husbands white shirt that had a red (ketchup?) stain on it. We had taken the shirt to Ralphs TWICE to try and have the same stain removed, both times did not even make a difference AND we had to still pay for it. (Thanks for nothing, AGAIN, Ralphs)The first time I came to pick up the shirt from Executive Cleaners, POOF the stain was gone! They also removed a tough oil stain from one of my dresses! (I swear we arent usually this messy) She also checked the garments to make sure that the stains had completely been removed and asked if I was satisfied. Absolutely!You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and their customers. Whether Im buying cashmere sweaters or its a silk shirt from H&M, I want to NOT worry about it getting destroyed at the cleaners or wonder if its actually even being cleaned. I know that I can rest assured when I drop off our clothes at Executive Cleaners. My husband and I will be bringing all of our dry cleaning here from now on - which will probably be often because I guess we really are that messy! Oops.PS I wrote this review on Yelp as well, but they filtered it - along with 25 other outstanding, five star reviews. I dont understand why Yelp would keep obviously fake reviews up and show reviews from 2 years ago and filter all the recent reviews. Seems fishy to me!Moral of the story - Best. Dry Cleaner. Ever!!!!
