Comment: I needed a dry cleaner that opened early and I only found steem cleaner, I went and the attention was very good and the service excellent, they told me that they would have my suit ready on Friday after five and surprisingly on Thursday afternoon I received a message from steem cleaner saying that it was done, I will definitely be back.

It did happen to be a day earlier & dud recieve phone call...& not just a text..which to me is much more respectful. I was also concerned about the piece I dropped off because it was roughly 80 yrs old lace tablecloth from one of my friends & knew how important it was to him & to his mother previously.Came out beautifully.Much Appreciated 🌿

Comment: I spoke with the owner Ray before visiting the Glendale store. There the lovely lady who accepted my clothing had me speak with the fellow who handled mildew/mold stains. He explained the process and stated the it may not be possible to remove all without over bleaching. They did a fabulous job and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Esteem!

Comment: I added the prices in this review for anyone who might be looking for them.I just moved to Glendale and I was really worried about finding the right place to dry clean my suits and shirts.I found this place through Google Maps and, after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I can now say this was the best decision I made. The owner was super nice and he even offered to show me around the facility after I told him it was my first time here. The service was impeccable and I will definitely come back here in the future.

Comment: I had an event pop up with very short notice so I called this cleaners around 12pm and asked for same day cleaning and alterations after calling 5 places that told me it’s nearly impossible to get this done. Let’s just say I was able to pick up my dress by 3pm. Great customer service! And my dress looked brand new when I picked it up. I highly recommend this company. Thank you again!

Comment: One of the most unbelievable dry cleaners I have ever used. The quality of the product was fantastic. The pricing was fair. The service was very good. But the most noteworthy item of all: they closed at 5 PM on Saturday. I have a wedding on Sunday for which my clothes was being cleaned. I forgot to go pick up my clothes until 6 PM. When I arrived the business next-door was still open and contacted the owner. She went out of her way to come back to the store, open up the business, and give me my clothes! Absolutely unbelievable I am so thankful and appreciate it. Rarely will you encounter a business like this that is willing to hugely go out of their way to help their customers. God bless this business.
