Comment: I am so pleased at the service I have received from Empire Cleaners. I needed a hem done on a gown for my sons wedding. I was told that it is a 1 week turn around but my dress was done in 2 days! They steamed it and bagged it and walked it out to my car to be sure that it didnt wrinkle. I would definitely recommend Empire Cleaners for any of your cleaning or alteration needs.

I had a comforter that I brought in that had some tough stains and the customer service guy asked if he could keep it a little longer to work on it, at no extra charge. Came out perfect! Comment: Took a linen Brooks Bros tux for pressing I needed the next day before flight to a wedding. I live in Napa. Empire was the only ones who would do it. It was perfect. When I returned after the wedding, I took the suit back to press again and clean and press my beloveds full length pleated dress. Other cleaners said they wouldnt do the dress without ruining the pleats! Empire did it all in just a few days. Sami Kassis takes pride in his business and it shows. Highly recommend, Id make the drive from Napa anytime for this quality.

Moved to Santa Rosa from living in SF for 18 years and needed a good dry cleaner.I had a snow white shirt from Taylor Stitch that no one in SF could get white and a jacket that Ive had for 20 years that needs the buttons redone and cleaned.I tried a cleaner by my house near Calistoga and he said that the repairs on the jacket were too far gone and there was no way to get the shirt white..... I knew someone could do it....I drove across town to come here and they did not disappoint... Shirt is snow white again and the jacket is looking great...will be coming back... Far from pro anything… Was way overcharged for a dry clean of my cowhide rug which looked/smelt the same when I picked it up as if they didn’t even touch it (let alone dry cleaned it)! They did absolutely nothing about it either after I called back. Empire cleaning services not only has amazing customer services skills, but high quality services as well. They fixed the problem immediately and went above and beyond to do so. My cowhide was as good as new. Empire has single handedly restored all my faith in dry cleaning services and that speaks volumes after my awful experience at ProCleaning services. Empire will now be the one and ONLY dry cleaning services I ever use. Highly recommend-10/10!!!!!

After doing an AMAZING job with my work uniforms, I came in the next week with 2 1/2 months of laundry I had set aside (I know, gross). I told them that since Ive already been without it for so long to not worry about rushing through it all. Next morning when I went to pick up my uniforms, all the rest was done as well!!! Even said it really wasnt that much laundry... Seriously my heroes, only wish I found you sooner.

Comment: Very good laundry and dry cleaning company. I had a problem with getting the collars clean on my dress shirts at another cleaners in town but Empire Cleaners is able to make them as clean as new. They are not cheap but well worth the price you pay!
