Comment: My husband and I got married in October of 2019, so almost 3 years ago and I just now remembered I should get my dress cleaned. Of course, it was never my top priority but I NEEDED to get it out of the house before another 3 years went by. I looked through Google and Yelp and stumbled on a local spot in LA.Honestly, the team at EP was incredibly sweet and helpful from the start. I dropped my dress off and within a day or so I had a quote/pricing from them to clean and box the dress up for me. Once I approved the service and sent the deposit, it was out of my hands. I should note that the dress I had cleaned is NOT a simple dress to clean. It is the McKinley dress from Enzoani in Ivory with stretch Georgette & Lace and a crazy long train purchased from Pebbles Bridal.It took a few weeks before I heard back from them mentioning it was completed in which they then sent an email for me to schedule FREE delivery.**Side note** When you spend so much time picking your dress, so much money buying the dress and getting it fit, and so much effort looking for a trustworthy company to clean it ... Its so refreshing for someone NOT wanting your money for something so simple as delivering.If you like easy and efficient... I would recommend.

Comment: This review is long overdue! The team at Elegance Preserved is absolutely incredible. They treat you with the utmost respect, care, and consideration. Olivia was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She answered any and all questions I had regarding the process and what I could expect. Bottom line is, if you want your gown to be preserved and to be taken care of by professionals, look no further! I have included further details below if you want more info regarding my experience :)My gown was the Luca from designer Anne Barge that I found and purchased at White Dresses Boutique in Nashville, TN. It was silk white with velvet overlay and had removable off-the-shoulder straps. Additionally, I had a matching cathedral length veil which also had velvet on the ends with a fingertip length blusher. My ceremony was at a vineyard and the reception was in a wine cave. As you can imagine, the bottom of my gown had some fairly intense grass and dirt stains. I made sure to have my gown cleaned and preserved rather quickly after my wedding because I did not want them to set in.I found Elegance Preserved on Yelp and am so glad I did! I wanted to make sure that I could find a location that would take care of my dress which was quite expensive. While their services are expensive, they are no where near over-priced. They are absolutely fair especially for the level of service, care, and communication. Due to Covid, there were some different options that I was given regarding dress pickup and delivery. My husband dropped off the dress, so that we could be confident in where the dress would be since we do not live in the Beverly Hills area. (This place is absolutely legit, so no concerns whatsoever). They offered us a service where they would ship the gown to us once it was finished. This service was wonderful!!! It was painless and so easy (just like the entire process). They sent us a tracking number as soon as it shipped, and it was delivered in an extremely timely manner.I asked them to clean and preserve both my veil and gown. They arrived in a large box complete with white gloves and a zipped cover for the box. Your gown will be treated like a piece of art in a museum! Both my gown and veil came back spotless like the day I bought them! Their communication is outstanding and the process is fast. You will have complete peace of mind if you use Elegance Preserved! Huge shoutout to Olivia- You are a dream to work with! Thank you so much, EP! I am confident that my gown will last a lifetime.

Comment: I purchased my Berta wedding dress at Lovella Bridal in 2019.My wedding was in October 2019 and I had my dress in storage ever since.In May of 2021 I decided to get it cleaned in hopes to selling the dress.After looking around at a few dry cleaners I didn’t feel confident they’ll do the job right.I was beyond happy when I found Elegance Preserved. I spoke with Olivia and she guided me through the process and was very helpful and trustworthy. I knew my dress would be in good hands with EP and I received my dress quicker than I thought. The end results are amazing, the dress looks like new! Thank you so much EP for your help. I would definitely recommend them 🙂

Comment: I am so happy I chose Elegance Preserved to take care of my wedding dress! My dress is a Sophia Tolli Valentina dress I bought from For Love Bridal, and then I had some custom details and a bustle added on with A Stitch in Time. I did a lot of googling and researching to pick a wedding dress preservation company. I noticed a lot of the other companies used just an old style box that was very big, much bigger than my dress would need. And I live in an apartment so space is precious. I loved that Elegance Preserved had 3 different size boxes, and their smallest option worked perfectly for my dress. I also really like that the box for the dress wasnt the same design that looks like its been used for decades and is super dated. It is a sturdy museum quality preservation box with a perfectly fitted muslin cloth cover.Their pickup service made it everything so easy! They picked up my dress, let me know when it arrived safely and gave me a quote in a timely manner. It was great peace of mind that if the quote was too much, they would just bring the dress back. Their communication was excellent through the whole process, letting me know when pickup and drop off would happen (within a 4 hour window, and they were always on time), and even letting me know when they found a little damage on my dress and gave me the option to have it repaired for a bit more than what was quoted. It was so easy to text them for a quick response if I ever had a question.I am really pleased with how my dress came back to me. It is beautifully packaged with careful layers of tissue paper. I had a veil too and it was wonderfully arranged in there as well. And it looks as clean as the day I bought it, which was really impressive considering I had an outdoor wedding and got a good bit of dirt on my train. They even packaged a pair of white gloves so you can handle the tissue paper and the dress without compromising the cleaning and preservation.For any bride on the fence or doing her research, you can be confident in your choice with Elegance Preserved! I highly recommend them!
