Comment: Grateful!I took two garments into El Rancho cleaners to see if they could remove some stains. These were both blessing gowns that my children had been blessed in when they were infants. I had packed them away, and when I took them out, each had a Huge stain, one- 24 years old and one- 34 years old. For sentimental reasons, I wanted to keep them and brought them to the cleaners with little hope of being able to get the stains out.I picked the garments up this morning, and was shocked! The stains are totally gone! The garments look beautiful – like the day I purchased them! I am simply amazed!Wonderful customer service, and incredible quality workmanship! So grateful that West Sacramento has such terrific expertise!Teresa

Comment: These women absolutely saved my bacon. I needed a small hemming done before my friends’ wedding and, due to my poor planning, needed it in an embarrassingly short time.Every other tailor in the area said they couldn’t do it, except for El Rancho who said they could it was for a small premium. I was HAPPY to pay double for a rush job and I don’t think they even charged me that much but I still paid it. It was seamless work (see what I did there), and I’m so grateful to them.P.S. I’m not encouraging you to lean on them like this, schedule your suit hemming ahead of time 😁

Comment: This is a great place with great service. Theyve been laundering my clothes and dry cleaning for over 6 years and Ive never had one complaint. Very quick in and out with drop off and pick up and I always get a 3 business day turn around. One time in a pinch they were able to rush my pick up by a day at no additional charge.

Comment: They changed ownership recently, and the service way got better.They aslo offer new shoes and cap cleaning service, and these are the reasons that I gave 5 stars to here. They are services to another level.I definately willing to be loyal custumer if they keep these quality of service.

Comment: I needed to get a stain out of a dress I hadnt worn for a year. They warned me the colors might run, but theyd do their best. I picked it up and no stain and no running colors!!!! Totally worth the trip!

Comment: So far they have been good to me. Someone asked if they did same day cleaning: I asked them about it, and they said that it is possible in some instances and only if you come M-F in the first hour of them being open. No guarantees, though.

Comment: Very great place! Didn’t expect the price to be that much but it was still reasonable! I dropped my clothes off on a Thursday and they usually have it ready on Monday’s. Since I was traveling on Sunday I asked if they could get it done by Saturday! And she took care of it! Would definitely go here again!
