Comment: My husband and I really enjoy using eco friendly cleaners. They pick up and deliver which is magical. Last time I didn’t check the pockets well enough and left a check in the pocket. Couldn’t find the check and when my dry cleaning was returned it was in a little baggie for me. Really appreciate them.I also gave them a dress recently that had rust looking stuff all over it and lipstick. I was expecting them to call and say they couldnt do anything, but they returned it in perfect condition. I wish I had a before and after photo.

The front zipper was tearing and couldn’t be zipped, the interior lining was wrinkled, and the structure around the shoulders was sagging. I was delighted when it came back looking brand new! Beautifully pressed, all stains removed, and they even took the time to fix the zippers.The front desk service was quick and easy. The woman running the front was pleasant, and the pickup process was smooth. The text message reminder was helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Eco more than accommodated by finishing them a week early, and the work they did was superb. We are both incredibly happy with the results and we cannot recommend using them for alterations enough!The dress my fiancé had altered originally at The Perfect Fit in montecito cost upwards of $200 and it ended up being too tight for her. We then took her dress and my tuxedo pants to Eco and it costs barely $100 for both garments. We know who we’ll be using in the future, our experience was absolutely wonderful.

I’m rough with my clothes and I know their excellent tailoring services will catch and repair all damage I’ve inflicted on my clothes! Lol! I have sensitive skin and I love that their laundry service uses detergents that don’t irritate my skin. I’m also very impressed with the shoe bath offered by Pop’s Shoes, Eco’s in-house shoe repair. They keeps my Uggs clean and fresh. Eco Friendly really is one stop shopping! A true Santa Barbara treasure.

Comment: ***update***I called the owner after he responded to this review. He was extremely sincere and apologetic for my experience. He refunded the amount that was originally promised to me and made things right. Overall I feel that there was probably a mistake made with our dry cleaning order that is not common. I really appreciated the owners willingness to correct the mistake so Ive changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.(my original review)Very overpriced and dishonest. No quote or estimate provided prior to pickup and poor communication. After numerous calls to ask why I was charged so much and charged for things that were inaccurate I was finally told they would refund the mistakes. Weeks went by and no credit card refund. Called again and received more insincere apologies from Angelica at the Hollister location. She said they had an issue refunding the $57.50 they owed me and they would fix it. Weeks went by and still no refund. Will never use this place again and warning others that if you do use this place to come by to pick up your laundry take pictures because they will rip you off.

No matter the crease on my suit pants or the collar stay on my shirt, they are professional in every level. They also put a simplified cufflink on your shirt if you send in a French cuff. Extraordinary.

I was informed of the error and when I asked if it would be ready the following day, the gentleman said without a doubt and EVEN OFFERED to have it delivered to me. I appreciated the offer to have it dropped off. I had great service from start to finish and will DEFINITELY be going back.
