It makes a huge difference to have your clothes picked, then dropped off without having to worry about anything else. They’re super communicative as well. I had an incident where my shoes weren’t properly fixed, so I reached out. They picked them up again and fixed them free of charge. So yeah, I encourage everyone to use them and support our local businesses. Especially the ones that care.

Comment: Such a great experience! This was my first ever dry cleaning but I have 3 cashmere sweaters Ive been meaning to get cleaned, and found these guys on Yelp. I loved how easy it was to schedule a pick up and drop off, and they sent lots of updates via text, as well as simple instructions for a first timer downloading the app and submitting payment. In the future it will be so quick! Plus (most importantly) they did an incredible job! I had one cashmere sweater with an oil stain - gone! And another that I wear far too often so its gotten very pilly, and its all smooth again! Amazing.

My only comment was that I didn’t see prices listed and so I had a little sticker shock when I picked up these 8 items and had a total of over $200. That’s all. I think it would have been helpful to know the prices ahead of time. Maybe I just didn’t notice them posted somewhere.

As usual the man at the counter when I arrived was absolutely helpful, friendly and downright charming: he assured me it would be beautifully fixed within two weeks. On schedule, I picked up my sweater yesterday looking like new! Love getting a text and email combo to let me know when to pickup rather than having to stop by or call.

Comment: We’ve been using Eco Friendly since before the current owners took over (maybe 5 years ago). Eco has always been helpful and willing to go above and beyond for us. Eco did a 911 sewing project on our son’s Halloween costume one year when we flailed. Eco is willing to try anything. They explained the lengths they’ve gone to for a client when she had allergies. We are sensitive to smell and appreciate no smell but it can be taken further, which is good to know. I like their partnership with Pop’s shoe repair. I also like that they avoid using plastic and their covers turn into laundry bags. We’ve always used their pick up and delivery service.

Comment: I came here for the first time recently and I’m deeply grateful and highly enthused for the quality of service! I brought in pastel canary yellow shorts with an unpleasant stain. I expressed concern for the stain, garment color retention and the life of the fabric quality. Greg confidently assured me all would be well. He was not kidding! My shorts came back PRISTINE!! The stain completely gone. At other cleaning houses, there are times you see the outline of where the stain once was. Not here. Completely eliminated w:o a glossy marker. The texture remained in tact. These shorts have 3 different fabrics used to make them and the entire garment is pristine. I will absolutely be bringing my specialty garments here and only here. Greg thank you for your superb hospitality and bringing my shorts back to life!

Comment: We are fully converted to pick up and delivery! Eco Friendly are the best value dry cleaners weve found. Weve been steady customers now for almost 2 years. In that time, weve done dry cleaning, rug cleaning and alterations with them. The team are friendly, the work they do is excellent (particularly the alterations and rug cleaning) and the service is fast. Although we do still occasionally go into the store, we now mostly just use their app to schedule a pick up from our house. The free pickup and delivery makes such a difference - one less errand to run.

He refunded the amount that was originally promised to me and made things right. Overall I feel that there was probably a mistake made with our dry cleaning order that is not common. I really appreciated the owners willingness to correct the mistake so Ive changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.(original review)Very overpriced and dishonest. No quote or estimate provided prior to pickup and poor communication. After numerous calls to ask why I was charged so much and charged for things that were inaccurate I was finally told they would refund the mistakes. Weeks went by and no credit card refund. Called again and received more insincere apologies from Angelica at the Hollister location. She said they had an issue refunding the $57.50 they owed me and they would fix it. Weeks went by and still no refund. Will never use this place again and warning others that if you do use this place to come by to pick up your laundry take pictures because they will rip you off.

I brought it in to see if they could get any of them out, not really having great expectations, but i was blown away how clean and white it came back. They took such great care in removing ALL stains - no evidence of any stains whatsoever, it looks brand new!!! Not only do they care deeply about their service AND provide outstanding professional service but the staff is extremely friendly and so very helpful - they treat you like their best friend. They are my one stop shop for dry cleaning, laundry, shoe repair, alterations and they have the CUTEST little artisanal local crafts by Stabiles. Honestly, I just like hanging out in there. Great vibes. The owners educated me on how important it is to launder my clothes with cleaning products that are safe for my skin and the environment and spent time listening to all my special requests. They have brought so many of my clothes back to life in a way I didnt know was possible. I highly recommend the Eco Team, they rock!

Comment: I needed a suit pressed and a dress shirt cleaned for a wedding today. Brought it all in yesterday at 4pm - they said it would be ready at 3:30pm today - arrived at 3:00 and it was ready. Heck, they even let me change into it while I was there.I put on my belt and noticed it was a little loose and I was out of holes, they punched one in it at no charge.Lastly, they are super friendly. I was waiting for a ride for the wedding and was offered water and a place to hang until my ride arrived. Would highly recommend!

Comment: Everything was absolutely perfect! 👌🏽👌🏽They not only did a wonderful job pressing and dry cleaning my suits, I had a very expensive white French cut collared shirt that had some stains that were so bad I almost wanted to throw it away! That shirt came back looking brand new!! On top of all the quality of cleaning, their customer service is as good as it gets! This is coming from someone that works at a Forbes Magazine 5 star rated resort that Im also the service leader for. I highly recommend Eco-Friendly Cleaners to everyone. The fact that you can leave your clothes out on your doorstep and have them delivered back to you is unbelievable!! Also the gentleman Greg that did a follow up call 2 weeks later knew exactly what I wanted to hear! Cheers Greg!
