Comment: I use Dropmint for all of my laundry needs due to not having any hook ups for a washer or dryer in my apartment. I also do not currently have a vehicle to take my things to a laundromat and the price of an Uber to and use the machines at a laundromat adds up to about the (even more in some cases) than using Dropmint. Not to mention the TIME I get to keep and the fact they do my laundry better than I do. I highly recommend this service.

There is a 24 hour turnaround, the app is extremely easy to use, pricing is transparent, and the delivery/pick up schedule occurs in the evening hours, so I don’t have to take time out of my workday. I have multiple jobs and very little free time, which has resulted in my house chores piling up. DropMint has allowed me to get a little bit of my life back, and I am no longer so stressed! My clothes came back beautifully folded and smelling great. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who could use a little extra help in their busy lives.

Comment: Washing and drying your clothes takes 1 day, but folding take 7-14 business days. With DropMint, I don’t have to worry about any of that. I just schedule a pick up, put my items in their bags, set it outside my door, and they pick it up and drop it off on the next day. They also do dry cleaning!

Our washer and dryer delivery was delayed a whole month and with us both working and me being pregnant with our second kid—there was no way I could make it over to a laundromat! They will pick up and drop off your laundry from the place of your choosing (as long as they service the area) and you dont even need to be home, you can place it outside label and they will take it and send you a text once they pick it up and even before that, they will send you a text when they are on the way with the name of your pick up guy/girl. The delivery was beyond amazing, they fold all of your clothes and best of all they separated by type i.e. shirts, shorts, pants, sweaters etc, making it easier to put away. Will definetly recommend.

First, their delivery specialists are professional and courteous; next, my clothes always come back fresh, clean and neatly wrapped; and finally, their pricing is the best out there - for me, it’s been $35 (plus a tip for the delivery specialist). Ive used dropmint several times now and each time Im impressed at how quickly and efficiently my dirty laundry is picked up, washed, and returned cleaned and folded all within a day! It is really nice being able to track where the the delivery drivers are so that I know when to put my laundry outside for them to pick up also, I like to be able to catch them so that I can leave them a little something for their hard work; Especially because I like to wait way longer than I should to have my laundry picked up and usually have several bags worth of laundry needed to be washed. Comment: I desperately needed some strange things dry cleaned and I really didnt have time to take it someplace then pick it up. I had exterminators coming to deal with bedbugs which are a nightmare. This part was wonderful! Dropmint was very sympathetic to my situation and promised to wash everything 3 times to be positive it was all clean and bug free. I threw the lot at them: a felt hat, area carpets; wool blankets that were likely well over 50 years old; delicate materials that sternly noted wash on cold only; embroidery pieces and stuffed toys as well as ordinary clothes needing dry cleaning. They did them all and brought them back shining clean. I spent almost no time on what I thought would be a major problem, all the strange things I needed to get dry cleaned. Oh, and they give you a cookie when they pick up the laundry! I really needed that cookie since I was so stressed out! I cant recommend these people highly enough. Use them if you want fast work done properly and carefully!
