Comment: Went here for the first time for dry cleaning. Took a nice long dress which I was hesitant to wash…and they took really good care of it. The dress was a cotton and lace material which was extremely delicate and needed to be handled gently. The other items I brought was jacket, dress shirt which was also nicely cleaned and hung and packaged carefully. They did an amazing job! I will continue to take all my dresses and high end items here to clean. Highly recommend for anyone in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills area!Edit: Thank you for the repair services for the pants I brought in. I see there is a male that is constantly working at the sewing machines in the front and he is great. Will come back for any more alterations or repairs for any of my clothing

Not only are they friendly, attentive, and professional but they do an excellent job for all cleaning needs for the business. Comment: I was pleased with the cleaning but I wish that I was Informed by driver that my clothes were handing on my door outside of my apartment. My apartment is known for thief and I informed them of this and asked for them to call me immediately once they entered my building, which they didn’t. I did get my clothes but would have not known this if my roommate didn’t notice it on the door coming back from work. This was alarming!

My clothes come back perfectly cleaned and hung on a quality hanger with tissue paper in all the right places. Interacting with Veronica is a pleasure. She is warm and friendly and makes sure the job gets done right. Its an all-around pleasant experience.

Comment: This is the ONLY dry cleaner I will take my Brioni and Loro Piana pieces to be handled. They simply know what theyre doing, which is a rarity in the world. Cashmere pieces with leather trim are no problem, suits come out spectacular. And theyre friendly. Youre paying a premium price for premium quality, so if you cant afford to maintain a piece, dont buy it in the first place.

Comment: Highest quality service. I brought in a long designer dress and Chanel tweed jacket to get dry cleaned. They took excellent care of my precious items, removed the buttons on the jacket to prevent any damage and both came back perfect. The manager is very kind. I will definitely come back!
