Comment: Update:Damians Dry Cleaning contacted me immediately after reading my review and apologized. The gentleman I spoke to misunderstood, he thought someone else messed up my pants and I was calling to see if they could fix them. They did not have the capacity for a rush order. But they can fix an alteration they themselves completed if it is not done to my satisfaction. They asked me to rush the pants over as soon as possible and I did. They even offered to fix the vest and jacket to which I declined because tine is of the essence and I need to be on my way to our destination wedding as soon as possible. I am truly grateful they are rectifying the situation. It shows great pride when a business stands behind their work. Thank you Damians Dry Cleaning . You are greatly appreciated.I wanted to like this place. I really did. The young lady that helped me was really nice. I came in on a Friday, to get my suit tailored for the following Saturday. I asked if it would be ready by Wednesday, because we are leaving Thursday morning. It is a destination wedding. The suit was ready by Wednesday, as promised. This was not the issue. The problem didnt arise until I tried it on. The pants were literally 2 too short. They dont even reach my shoes. The vest is too tight in the midsection and the jacket is too loose in the midsection. Knowing there is absolutely no time to fix everything, I called Damians Dry Cleaning and asked if they can simply fix the pants for me. Ill make everything else work, but the pants are far too short. Now, had they handled this situation with some dignity, I would not be here typing this review. But unfortunately that was not the case. The gentleman that answered the phone was cold, and heartless. He clearly did not care the slightest about what I was dealing with. I was completely respectful when I pointed out the fact that they messed up my suit, and I was simply just trying to get it fixed before I left for my wedding. But his response was if you drop it off today I can have them ready by Monday. I said sir, I get married Saturday. I leave tomorrow. Is there anyway you can fix this today for me? He repeats, if you drop off today I have ready by Monday. No apology, no attempt at a solution, just cold and repetitive. I said I need them today, and you guys did them wrong. There is no way you can fix them today? He says, no, Monday. I could understand if I was asking you to perform a miracle and tailor a suit a day before I needed it. But no, I was simply asking you to fix a mistake that your company made. As a business owner, I know first hand what it takes to establish and maintain customer relations. You sir, failed miserably at this. I now have to search high and low for someone to perform a same day alteration on my pants and pay for a service that was already supposed to be taken care of. I have absolutely zero interest in returning to this place, and would caution everyone else to be weary as well. You are not valued as a customer. Believe me, they could careless. Did I mention I was getting married? Anyone whos been through that process knows the stress that entails. I did not need this nonsense to ensue. Thanks for nothing Damians Dry Cleaning. I will not be back.

Comment: Been here twice awesome customer service. Helped with a rush cleaning and alteration for a wedding I was in. I messed up and went last minute but they helped me out and got everything done on time and perfectly tailored. They we’re already super busy I may add but my impression is they they are about the customers needs. I’m definitely going again for alterations and cleaning.
