Comment: We moved to Red Bluff when Crown had just opened in theirlocation. They are always friendly and professional. A normalday at the dry cleaners usually includes ten minutes or so catching up. I have never had an issue with them and our jobs are generally ready in a timely fashion. We love Kim and staff.

What a wonderful hard working, well versed and dedicated family and owners.I have been their customer for around 5 years, and every time, it gets better and better. They truly go the extra extra extra mile!In 2019, I used a suit to attend a friends wedding. In April 2022, I needed the suit for another good friends wedding. I realized that I never cleaned the suit after I used it in 2019, and noticed some bad stains. Took the suit to Crown Cleaners only a few days before the wedding, and they did an amazing job. All the 3 year old stains were gone, the suit looked like new again, it was an incredibly well done job. The cherry on top of the cake was that since they know I work in Orland, and could not be on time to pick the suit up on Friday afternoon, Dan offered to take the suit to my house on Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, Dan was right on time, and he was kind and warm as he always is, and I got to wear a brand new looking suit to the wedding!The kindness, honesty, great work ethic and amazing quality of their work, has not only kept me as their customer, but it has even been an inspiration that still there are great people out there that are willing to provide excellence to their customers.Thank you very much, sincerely,Duny

Ive taken my garments to multiple places in Redding that did anywhere from a poor to terrible job. I went to Crown after my silk shirt was almost ruined by a Redding cleaner and she saved it. They are always friendly, responsive, and thorough. I truly appreciate quality service which is so hard to find around here. Dont even consider going elsewhere if you live in a 45 mile radius, and likely further. Take your clothes here if you want them to last.
