Comment: I’ve been going to Crest for 6-7 years. The owners changed a couple of years back. The service is friendly, helpful and efficient. The work is as good and better than any other dry cleaner in the neighborhood (I tried several before landing here).

Comment: Fantastic! I went there because they are in the parking lot next to my apartment. I thought Id try them out. I needed jeans and a slacks hemmed.I had an interview at some point in the next few days and needed them done fairly quickly. They asked when they needed to be done, I said maybe a few days.I left. A half hour later, my interview shifted to the next day.I went back and told them, and they were like, so when do you need them. I asked if tomorrow morning first thing was reasonable. They pushed me to the top of the queue, no additional money. These people are the real deal. Super nice. Accommodating! They know how to run a business. I dont need a lot of stuff dry cleaned or hemmed, but when I do, they know they will be seeing me again!

Comment: Ive gone here for years. They are extremely knowledgeable about stains, cleaning, alterations. They are very careful with things like delicate buttons, and take them off before cleaning, and put them back on afterward. If they think they cant remove a stain, or if they think hand washing is better, they tell me. And they are always pleasant to talk with.

Comment: Great place! The couple who own it are very pleasant and always greet you with a smile. I think its ridiculous that someone gave a 3-star review because she thinks she can get a better deal somewhere else. Its dry cleaning... they have set prices that you can look up in advance. And the prices here are very competitive with other local dry cleaners. A bad review of a dry cleaner should come from losing or ruining clothes, or rude service, not because you think there might be a cheaper option out there. (I cant comment on the 1-star review from 8 years ago, but my clothes only smell like sweat when I drop them off...)I do agree with another reviewer that the parking here can be somewhat challenging because of the Trader Joes and CVS. Ive never seen anyone get in trouble for parking right outside the shop in the NO PARKING zone though--youre about 6 feet from your car, and if youre a regular customer just dropping off or picking up it doesnt take long at all (if dropping off and in a hurry, just have them count the number of items rather than sort by dry clean vs. launder and press). Theres also a Coffee Bean right next door with its own parking lot that always has a lot of open spaces, though technically its for customers only.

Comment: Excellent service, highly recommended. I started using them when they were on National (over 25 years ago?) and have continued using them even after moving away from L.A. After visiting L.A., I drop off dirty clothes and then pick up the cleaned ones when I return. Less to pack! Theyve never let me down, even when Ive left stuff there for over a month! They are also experts in removing stains and great with patches and alterations.

Comment: I distrust all dry cleaners, probably because of an incident involving all of my pants. Anyway, Crest managed to clean my clothes, charge me a fair price, AND not lose my pants. Thats pretty good in my book. There is usually a parking space right in front, but watch out for the Trader Joes crowd in the same lot. The owners were nice, if a bit harried with an afternoon rush, and Ill definitely be back.

Comment: Very up front about how much things cost. Items received back were cleaned properly. Not as fast as some places, but the staff was honest about any issues they might encounter with a more complicated garment.
