Comment: ***Edit***Finally had a reason to get something dry cleaned and came here to get a dress cleaned and pressed before a wedding coming up soon. To say I’m impressed is an understatement!! My dress looks beautiful, the price was incredible (and I didn’t even use the discount they gave down below), but more than either of those things, the woman who I was helped by both times (and who I talked to on the phone many months ago) is just wonderful. Professional, extremely nice and caring, and remembered me and my dress when I came to pick it up today, even without seeing the pick-up slip. I’m 100% sold on doing business here furthermore! Now I just need more reasons to dry clean clothes! ☺️💕(Original review from 5/22/20 down below)Called them about 30 minutes ago and asked if there were able to get a tie cleaned for me by Sunday morning as it was for a small wedding service for my fiancé and I. They said unfortunately due to the COVID-19 crisis, most cleaners were not running their washer on the weekends (this was the third place I called that said that) including them. Perfectly understandable, but I asked if there was a way I could clean it myself. The lady I spoke with asked the material and color and then told me how to clean it at home to get the best results. I just finished it and it looks beautiful! Though I haven’t actually used their services yet, their customer service is impeccable and when I do need my clothes dry-cleaned, I WILL be bringing them here. Thank you so much again for the advice!

Comment: I tried this place recently and was extremely impressed with the customer service. I had a ton of items that required alterations and others that just needed cleaning. But Ive also been helping my mom try to go through her closet and that has unearthed some other challenges: some set-in stains, moth holes, and heaps more alterations. The kind couple at Courtesy Cleaners has patiently and professionally helped me navigate anything and everything I seem to bring them, all with a smile on their faces. And this, even when their cash register system went down for a few days and they had to keep records by hand. They really are the best!Oh, and then I found out that they also do SHOES and LEATHER! Well now, how handy is that? So on my last visit, I brought them a vintage pair of my grandmothers adorable mules that needed repair and cleaning. Im excited to see how those turn out.

Comment: We have been going to these cleaners for over a decade. They are our favorite because they dongod work and have good prices. It is run by a family that greet us by name.We prefer these things to other features like 1 hour service, which is really a waste of money. But more importantly, they used to offer this until about 7-10 years ago, it isnt a viable way to make money for them.Of course, the other two reviewers never even used the place and didnt do their due diligence in calling and asking if it were a feature. Apparently, they believe a name of a business should be accurate to what the business is and change when they add or remove services. Which is absolutely absurd...almost as absurd as giving 1 star to a business you never were served from.I wouldnt go to another cleaners, they do all our hems and bedding and coats. Full service, good prices, familiar interactions with patrons.Lastly, they are fast if needed. If they ask what day and you dont care then say so...but when it is Tuesday and you need it by Thursday, ask if they could and they will if they can. So many people - both citizens and civil and LEA come here that they always have a full plate.I usually dont do reviews but the other two are so self-involved. It seemed absurd that only they existed.
