Comment: I live in Washington, but Im getting married in the Bay Area on Saturday 4/15. I already had a wedding dress picked out and was just waiting for alterations. I traveled to California, and I picked up my dress this past Friday 4/7, and unfortunately, the lady (from another business) who made alterations to my dress messed it up so badly, that I could no longer wear it. I panicked to find a new one with my wedding only a week away! My sister (maid of honor) had already gone to Country Club Village Cleaners to get her dress altered a couple weeks prior, and they did a fantastic job! Thankfully, I found a new dress on Saturday 4/8, and I went to see if Country Club Village Cleaners could do a rush job on my 7-layer wedding dress. Kayvan and his wife were so kind to me. They wanted to help me and brought in an experienced seamstress to make sure I would not have to go through the same bad experience again. They scheduled me to meet with the seamstress as soon as possible (on Monday 4/10) and on such short notice given the Easter holiday. I picked up and tried on my dress today (Wednesday 4/12), and it was beautiful. All 7 layers were hemmed perfectly. She was even able to work around the very detailed embroidery work at the bottom of my dress. Im so impressed with the work done on my dress. At first, I was nervous because of my bad experience elsewhere at another business, but Kayvan really took care of me. He gave me peace of mind that they can get the job done on time for me, and they came through for me. Im so glad we used Country Club Village Cleaners services 2 times. I would definitely go back again. I recommend that everyone go here! I actually sent my other bridesmaids here as well ◡̈ Thanks, Kayvan!

Comment: A dry cleaner that stands out above the rest!!! Do yourself a favor and take all of your dry cleaning here! I brought a nice dress shirt that had a red wine stain on it. I made the mistake of trying to get the stain out myself (don’t do this!) prior to coming to see Kayvan at Country club cleaners. His kindness, professionalism, honesty, and knowledge is what makes him stand out. He was not sure he would be able to get the pre treated stain out….but he did! Not only is the shirt absolutely perfect, but Kayvan knew we had an event that we needed it for. He rushed the cleaning and called us as soon as it was ready. Customer service was top notch! We now are switching all of our cleaning to country club!!!

Comment: This place is great! My brother flew in from out of town the evening before my wedding with a dirty and smelly suit (he claims it hadn’t been cleaned for at least a couple years). No clue what my brother was thinking, but Country Club Village Cleaners was able to expeditiously clean his suit before the wedding started! And they got the stink out!I also used them to dry clean my wedding dress after the wedding. The dress came out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier! I also preserved my wedding dress through a company Village Cleaners recommended and it just came back today and I’m so happy I did it. The wait time for wedding dress preservations is long (I waited about 4 months) but that’s not Village Cleaner’s fault, it’s the company that does the preservation itself has a long wait time.

Comment: I have been going to Country Club Village cleaners for years now for both dry cleaning and alterations services. They do a great job in both areas. My dry cleaning is always perfect and done quickly. They also spend as much time as it takes to get the alteration done perfectly and are very honest if something I want done is not possible. They are very knowledgeable about different fabrics and styles. I highly recommend them for both dry cleaning and alterations!

Comment: I’ve been coming here for years. Great service, always friendly, quality and attention to detail is unmatched. I won’t go anyway else now that I’ve found this place. I recently needed a last minute alteration and dry cleaning for a suit (like 24 hr turn around). I didn’t even know if it was possible, but they graciously accepted the challenge and wow did they deliver! Customer for life!I’ve also come here to have my wedding dress cleaned post-wedding and preserved. Again, very happy with the results. They also do an amazing job on large oriental area rugs. We got married this past weekend and I needed my dress steamed last minute. I was able to bring my dress in on the spot and it was done just a few hours later and perfect for my wedding. Comment: There’s a reason why this place says “best dry cleaner in town” above the door, because they are. I bring all my best clothes here for alterations, dry cleaning, and laundry. Always receive my items on time and in perfect condition. I have to wear dress clothes for work but I am an odd shape so If you need pants hemmed tapered or pressed this is the only place to consider . Not only did they manage to get the oil stain out, they made this thing look brand spanking new. Had me wondering if they gave me the right dress. Comment: Extremely kind and quick when you’re in a pinch. The gentleman who owns the shop has my suit hemmed almost overnight because we were in a jam and it was done perfectly. They are receptive to requests and do a great job on everything we give them, men’s, women’s, even our rugs have been cleaned by them excellently. We feel so lucky to have them so close to us. Their range of services are extensive, their location is clean and bright, and we use them for anything and everything.
