Comment: I found a new laundry mat in Normal Heights. Its clean, cheaper, A.C., credit card/ coins, and tvs. Also, theres a woman there that maintains the place and is there to assist customers. 4 stars for sure.

Comment: I dont even have enough words for how AMAZING this laundry mat is!! I stumbled upon this place while having car trouble, and Ive never been more grateful for the good luck while in the midst of bad luck. This place wasnt just clean, it was spotless... including the machines! The interior design/decor is so fitting for the area its in... cool & laid back with a trendy vibe thats not too over done or obnoxious. There are video games, vending machines, hardwood floors and comfortable seating. The bathroom is very clean, and there is an additional sink outside of the bathroom which is very convenient. Lots of clean counter space for folding clothes and the laundry carts are well maintained with no rust or huge tangles of hair wrapped around the wheels (that grosses me out so much that Ill leave a laundry mat because of it). There was only 1 thing in my opinion that could have been improved upon... I was disappointed with the staff and their attitude towards myself and my 7 year son. They seemed extremely annoyed that we were there, didnt even once ask me if I needed anything, and they were rude when I asked a question. My son is VERY WELL behaved, we were extremely respectful of the staff and the other customers and cleaned up after ourselves while we were there. At one point I had put money into a dryer (it wasnt a lot, I think 3 quarters) and the dryer didnt run so I went to the front to tell them so they could check it or put a sign up, and stood there while 2 employees were talking about personal things, and was NEVER EVEN acknowledged! I really dont like to post anything negative about any business, and I wasnt going to, but its been a few weeks and Im still upset about it so I decided to include it in my review. Sorry for the length of this, I appreciate anyone taking the time to read it, and PLEASE DONT FORGET ALL OF THE MANY POSITIVE THINGS about this laundry mat. I absolutely recommend going here, and I will be returning myself! Everyone has a bad day occasionally and I dont believe that one off day defines a person! ❤️

Comment: Sabrina is an amazing asset for this business! The entire time I was doing laundry this girl was busting her butt cleaning, sweeping and polishing the equipment. What a blessing this employee is for the business, Im guessing she has ownership as she worked so hard!Ive reviewed a few other laundromats during the past 5 years of travel. This is by far the BEST and cleanest Ive ever visited. How refreshing to not panic losing a sock to the floor in between my transfer from wash to dry. The floors are so CLEAN! I was so happy to find this laundromat. Bonus was the discount structure on certain days/machines!Bookmarked and will return when Im in town again. Thanks for being exceptional!!

Comment: Gets busy certain days and times. People often leave clothes in washer or dryer and take off, thus limiting amount of machines available. This is not the laundrymats fault though. Otherwise its clean and machines work well. I have never had issues with finding parking in their lot.

Comment: This place is the bees knees! Loads are 2, 3,4 instead of single loads, staff is eceptional, and the place is extraordinarily clean and then after your wash, the dryers are sooo cheap. They are 1/4 the cost at home. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 20.

Comment: The laundromat is clean, well-lit and conveniently located. The machines are in good repair, and accept credit cards and app payments in addition to coins. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the best is that my clothes were cleaner when I left than they were when I walked in!

Comment: This laundry is all new and featuring a Sanitizing System, which offers the best possible cleaning. Lots of big washers now and bigger dryers.The washers are High Extracting and reduce dry time and waist of resources. Paying for equipment is now done by credit or debit or EBT or by phone app or, you can use your quarters.They have promotions goin on now which are fantastic. They are on the 2 loads & 6 loads.As for the rest, Dry Cleaning and Drop Off Wash and Dry is available and a new Drop Box is being added right now to make it easier to use 24/7.There is a terrific staff now too.

Comment: I use this laundromat fortnightly because it’s clean, has good snack machines, attentive but not over the top staff and plenty of places to sit while maintaining social distancing. There is plenty of space so if you’re looking for a COVID-safe joint, this is a good option.I also use the bigger Speed Queen machines ($2.75 a regular load or $3.25 for heavy soiled) but on heavy, it takes way longer than the 44 mins it’s suggests on the timer. I’ve currently got a load in and It’s been on for 51 mins with 9 mins left on the clock. Just something to keep in mind if you’re tight on time but otherwise doesn’t make a difference because it doesn’t cost anymore 🤷‍♀️

Comment: This place has good customer service with the drop off and dry cleaning. The smaller washers are not very high quality and left some of my cloths dirty which is the reason for the loss of a star. They sell detergent and dryer sheets inside as well as a few other laundry knick knacks. They also have complimentart WiFi. Plenty of restaurants, a CVS, a Vons, and some random interesting stores are all within walking distance. I do laundry here weekly as I live only a block away and it definitely gets the job done.

Dry cleaning is available here as well as drop off laundry, fluf and fold, and for a small fee they will move your clothes from the washer to the dryer for you.
