Comment: I am beyond grateful for Capri Cleaners!I initially went to another local dry cleaners to have my daughters big sweet 16 dress steamed/pressed. I needed it on a Sunday for her photoshoot. The owner of that facility told me to bring it in the Friday before her photoshoot and pick it up Saturday because they were closed Sunday. I did exactly that but when I showed up Friday, the owner told me he didn’t have anyone there to do it and wouldn’t have it ready in time. He told me I should’ve brought it in Thursday. I reminded him he told me Friday and he apologized for the miscommunication. He couldn’t recommend anywhere to take it because he said all the dry cleaners around us don’t have anyone to press on Saturdays.I’m freaking out, my daughters photoshoot is Sunday. I remembered when my mom lived in the area she would always use Capri Cleaners so I headed straight there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Daniel. Before even telling him the situation he said he could have it done no problem. I immediately felt so much relief! I then explained to Daniel what had happened and he let me know that Capri Cleaners is fully staffed everyday they’re open. They even do same day!I got a call when it was ready for pickup and headed over. Daniel and another one of his staff members helped me load the giant dress into my Tahoe. After the dress was loaded, I was explaining to Daniel how her photoshoot is two hours away the following day, and I was worried about it getting wrinkled in transport. He gave me his recommendations of how to place the dress for transport. I did exactly that on Sunday and the dress was still perfect when we arrived at her photoshoot!I am beyond thankful for Daniel and the customer service I received here! I can see why my mom always used this dry cleaners and I will never go anywhere else now! I highly recommend them to anyone needed a good reliable dry cleaners! They also take Apple Pay & that’s definitely a plus!Thanks again Daniel/Capri Cleaners I’m forever grateful!

Comment: First off, I want to say what amazing customer service this Dry Cleaners has. We brought in a dress that my wife had bought from Azazie, brand new, and it had a few stains on it. It did take up to 3 times for that stains to come out, as the material on the dress was so finicky. But let me tell you, Capri Cleaners, not only removed it, but made sure that it was perfect for us and continued to work on the dress to make it perfect for my wife. When we came in to pick up the dress, the owner personally steamed the dress for us one more time. The owner takes pride in making sure their customers are not only happy, but leaving with a smile. You pay when you drop off (great idea, it avoids not getting paid for the items that dont get picked up) and pick up with your ticket. My clothes is always cleaned and ironed thoroughly. The young gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and professional, then told me they offered a discount for law enforcement and the uniforms I was dropping off. That was a bonus to the already great service I was noticing and not offered at the prior cleaners I was using. I picked them up and the same young man greeted me with the same exceptional professionalism and was pleased with how the uniforms turned out, I’ll be coming here from now on 👍

Comment: I moved to Ca some 25 years ago and when a coworker recommended this as the best place for dry cleaning and she was right! Can’t say enough about their services. They truly care about their customers. Excellent service, fast turnaround, 99.9% of stains are always gone and if they weren’t able to they let me know how hard they tried! They do a fantastic job on clothing, comforters, formal wear, you can’t go wrong. Prices are very reasonable. Though I live in temecula it is worth the drive. I just dropped a dress off a couple of days ago and they actually called me to let me know ahead of time there might be a problem in cleaning the dress where the beads might come undone based on how they were strung and did I want them to still clean the dress! Who does that? People that care! Thanks to the hard working staff and owner who is always there working hard along side his employees. Thanks for your true dedication to your customers. 👍🏻
