Comment: Been going here for awhile. My wife typically picks up and drops off, but I have done so lately. She has always described them as super friendly and she is right! I’ve had dry cleaning, alterations and laundry/pressing done and been 100% satisfied each time. (Alterations were fast, convenient and spot-on). The owners/employees (not sure if it is both?) are great. Nice, friendly and approachable. I recommend them highly!!!

Comment: Only dry cleaner for the GHS Band & Pageantry uniforms, but weve also used them for minor alterations and dry cleaning all kinds of clothing. One time years ago we brought in several suits from out of town guests attending a memorial service and they were able to press them for us with a quick turn around - it was such a help to know theyd be able to do it well and quickly! Employee/owner couldnt be nicer!!

Comment: Ive brought garments in to Boys Cleaners East for some time now and have always been perfectly satisfied, but after today they will forever have my business. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.I brought in a jumper on Thursday asking if it could be hemmed by Saturday and ready for pickup. They assured me it would be. Unfortunately, I was stuck in a rehearsal that ran long after 4pm on Saturday. I called the shop several times, then posted on Yelp in hopes that the owner might see it and call me (I needed the jumper for my senior recital concert on Sunday evening, and theyre closed on Sundays). The owner reached out to me immediately and came back to the shop just to get me my jumper, which, of course, was tailored perfectly.Their customer service goes above and beyond. Their prices are low and service is top notch, and I will be recommending their service to everyone who might need tailoring work or cleaning done! Thank you so, so much Greg!
