Comment: Very helpful staff! I needed help with knowing size of machine to use for bulky items, the person in charge was very helpful and friendly! Machines are easy to use with tap and pay or swipe!! No quarters needed!! I dreaded this job but it turned out to be a pleasant experience!

Comment: I highly recommend the pick-up and delivery dry cleaning! I had two very expensive designer dresses cleaned and they were returned in like-new, perfect condition. Their online scheduling is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The delivery driver shows up on time and delivers to my specified location. Thrifty Wash is the best!

Comment: I use to go there years ago when I lived in Auburn. Its in a nice shopping center just off the Hwy (80). Extremely clean and they have those really big washers and dryers. The lady that works there in the cleaners portion was really nice and helpful. I went early and there were very few people. But by 11am it was packed. Do laundry, go grocery shopping or have breakfast or lunch in the same center.

Comment: This is a good laundromat. It is clean, a fair number of machines work. The dryers are hot. Wash loads range from $3.00 for a regular washer to $7.25 for the largest one. Dryers are a quarter for 5 minutes. I dried a load of jeans for a dollar. It is convenient to Raleys, and several restaurants.

Comment: Ok now the ladies Debra and marilyn. Oh Marilyn is just an ol time gal. I go in about 8 PM. I have 3 extra large overflowing carts full of clothes. Her facial expression said omg just what we needed. Shes cordial and asks are you going to fold all that tonightShe was sweet. Debra jumped in and helped unload the basket into 5 extra large washers. Mind you these clothes were full of dog and cat urine and fecal. And hair.Marilyn and debra suggested I go to store and get pinesol to help with the smell. I did and they helped load washers and then helped put the money in and soap. And pinesol when time. And then helped do the same with dryers. They made the stressful situation so much better and made me feel welcomed. I will not ever believe what that pinesol did for those clothes. Thanks ladies.

Comment: Hot stuff!! If you have a problem with your home laundry, this place is a life saver! Good location, good parking and clean. Well maintained machines. Washers run for 35 minuets, time to do a little shopping next door at Raleys. Driers run depends on how much $$ you put in. 75¢ to $1 will do most loads. About 25 min. Big bummers are seats in waiting area are HARD and all magazines are Ladys Home Journal! Also drink vending machine broken!!! Still Raleys is next door.

Onsite staff, cleaning service available, nice folding surfaces, and several clothing carts available. Machines are fast and efficient, with very effective driers. Just be sure to bring cash because there isnt a card machine there although they do convert cash to change for free and offer detergent and other supplies at a reasonable price.

Comment: Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! My family had a house fire and had some clothes that we needed washed. We dropped them off and told it would take a day - no problem - we brought in several bags and did not expect them to drop everything to do our stuff. We were so amazed and felt so happy when we received a call at the end of that very day that all of our clothes were done!They did a great job and went the extra mile for our family!I have been back since and the place is so clean and well kept. The staff is so friendly and welcoming!I would definitely recommend!
