Comment: ARYA CLEANERS sent me a text for a Black Friday 40% discount on all items dropped off for cleaning on that day. I took advantage of the offer. I went to pick up my items today and the discount wasnt applied. I pointed this out to the clerk and she asked if I had shown my coupon when I dropped it off. I told her it was not a coupon it was a text offer and I showed it to her. She said I was supposed to have shown that text at the time of drop off. I told her that the text did not say that and the clerk did not ask if I had a coupon. She just smiled and said I should have shown it to her. I asked her how I was supposed to know if its not indicated anywhere. She just smiled again and said I should have shown her the offer. Wow! I wonder how many other people were ripped off by this offer.Update: The owner called me and apologized for the way the transaction was handled. He corrected the error. I was very impressed and am satisfied.

The trip to this location is worth time spent over using closer, self serve kiosks (my opinion anyways).

The woman at the counter said that wouldn’t be a problem to definitely have them done for pick up that day. She also was very nice. They don’t do the paper ticket (which is great because I always lose them!) and update you about status via text.I got a text saying my stuff would actually be ready by Thursday! Then, Wednesday morning, I got a text saying they were ready for pick up! Cost was only 35 bucks. I’ve had dry cleaning in the area be way more expensive with not a quick turn around. I am sad I am leaving the area because I would have loved to be able to continue to take my uniforms here.

They not only did a great job but worked with our schedule and finished on time. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I will say they were a little more expensive than some of the others out ther but worth the price for the speed and quality. I will be returning to this specific location for our alteration needs in the future!

I needed a mending/patch job on a favorite pair of jeans, and she said the tailor at the other location was really, really good.She was right. A fantastic job. Far better than i expected. Not a difficult task, but this was done tastefully—and with technique that makes it durable and very, very clean-looking. And they did it quickly. I asked for a Rush, and it was done even before the expected time.Very, very friendly people and top-quality work at a reasonable price. Thats a lot of verys but they earned it.

He tailored my 9-year-old suit to look like the latest style of suits for $120, saving me hundreds if I had to purchase a new suit of that quality. Hes like a wizard!

Comment: I was greeted upon entering the business by a friendly lady at the counter. I let her know that my husband’s coveralls had a hole along the seam and needed it repaired. She said it would be a few days and I was ok with that. The day before it was going to be ready, my husband found out his ship was leaving and needed them before the due date. They were kind enough to make the repair the day before the expected day of completion. I really appreciate their sense of urgency and affordability. I will return for future needs.
