Comment: ARYA Cleaners sent me a text for a Black Friday promotion of 40% off all items. When I went to pick up the items I told the clerk / owner that my discount was not applied. She said that was because I had not shown the coupon at the time of drop off. I told her it was not a coupon it was a text and I showed it to her. She said I should have shown the text to the clerk at the time of drop off. I told her there was no indication on my offer that I had to show them the text. She just smiled and said yes you should have shown her the text. I asked her how I was supposed to know to show the text if it was not indicated and the clerk never asked me. Again she just smiled and said I should have shown the text. Wow! Im sure a lot of people have felt ripped off by this offer.Update: The owner called me and apologized for the way the transaction was handled. He corrected the error. I was very impressed and am satisfied.

Comment: Ive been coming here for quite some time now. Never really had a preference of where to take my dry-cleaning so I just went to the first place I found and it was them. Plus theyre like Starbucks, theyre everywhere haha. Ive also used different locations. They have always come through for me. Plus I love how they use text messages instead of a ticket to notify you when your items are complete. I think they still do tickets but I love the text feature. Super convenient. This last time I went they did an alteration for me on a pair of jean shorts. They nailed it without issue. On top of the excellent service they also have GREAT customer service. I dont think Ive ever gotten a bad attitude from anyone there. Theyre always so friend and happy. They also make sure to greet you with a warm welcome and huge smile.  Thanks for the great service and attitude everyone. Especially with all the madness in world today. Keep up the great work!

Comment: Military dress whites came back looking brand new. Ring around the collar and dirt/lotion at cuffs completely gone! Very friendly and professional service from phone call to counter service to pick up. I needed the uniform done quickly so I went with Arya Cleaners because they were the only ones in the neighborhood that could do a rush turn around on a Monday. It even arrived much earlier than promised and the cost was less than a standard cleaning at our regular cleaners. We will now be going to Arya for all professional clothes cleaning needs. I went across the street to ARYA and let them know that I have a wedding tomorrow and asked if they could hem my garments by tomorrow. They graciously helped my in my time of need. Comment: Amazing customer service. Front desk staff were always kind and greeted me with a smile. I left money in my coat pocket and they set it aside in a safe envelope tagged with my information for when I picked up my belongings. My coat looked amazing and for a cheap price! When the front desk staff couldnt give me an estimate on my dress, I left it so the manager could take a look. The manager called me later on in the day- he gave his honest recommendations on my clothing instead of easily charging me, taking my money, and possibly causing damage to my dress. Wonderful and honest people, which is a rarity nowadays!
