Comment: They do a great job with my dry cleaning! There was a small snag on one clothing item (it was delicate lace to be fair), and when I let the owner know she was apologetic and offered to fix it for free. Great customer service is always appreciated!

Comment: Don’t ever use cleaners to maintain my clothes but I had a few stains on my sports jersey I needed taken care of. They were able to take all the stains out and sooner than expected for only about $9. Highly recommend.

Comment: I’m in town for a work conference and needed a quick turnaround to clean a couple of outfits, this place was amazing!!! Finished within 5 hours and exactly as I requested, i dropped off by 8am and picked up right before 1pm. And the woman who helped me was really nice! I definitely recommend this place, their website to track the progress was also a really helpful!

Comment: I have tried many different dry cleaners since I started my company and always been displeased with something.When I moved to downtown, I started using 7th Avenue and never been disappointed with them.The service is great, they work fast, the staff is kind, AND they don’t use a ton of paper like the other dry cleaners!!

Comment: I had the need for a rush dry cleaning over New Years and 7th Ave Cleaners was only one I found that could do the job quickly. I dropped my suit and confirmed with staff they would be open until 5PM on New Years Eve - only I showed up at 4:30PM and they were closed. Because of this I was prepared to leave a negative review but the owner completely turned this around. She contacted me the morning of New Years Day to apologize. Not only that, she drove the suit to my house and did not charge me for the cleaning - no one provides this level of service today! So what was initially a very bad experience was completely turned around.

Comment: Recently my washer/dryer stack in my condo, broke down. It was almost 15yrs old! Being in the current state of our society, it took a week to get a new stack installed and operating. During this time, I reached out to 7th Ave Cleaners for their “Fluff & Fold” service. We’ve never used any cleaners for this service before and we were more than impressed!!The representative who helped me was very accommodating and helpful. She can tell I’ve never used that service before. She made sure I knew we would be taken care of. And of course she was right. They were prompt and very organized. My clothing came back smelling amazing and folded!! Not just plain folded but professionally done. Helpful, kind and professional. I highly recommend this cleaners for any assistance you need with your clothing.

Comment: I had a slightly complicated dry cleaning order - wedding wear that is pretty fragile. I choose 7th Avenue Cleaners because I received some recommendations on Reddit for the items I needed cleaned. Im so happy I choose them! They took really great care of all my items, normal clothing and the wedding items. The staff was friendly, kept a special eye out for my items, delivered the order on time (and well within my budget!).Ill definitely be back and would highly recommend 7th avenue cleaners for your dry cleaning needs. Also i really loved the warehouse location and clothes carousel, coolest dry cleaning location ive ever visited.

Comment: I have tried so many dry cleaners in San Diego and this one is the only one that has come close to being perfect. The staff is friendly and everything is ready on time. A few times I have had to wait a couple of minutes so that they could find my stuff, but they always end up finding it and it never gets lost. The prices are comparable to other place and I have seen them get some pretty nasty stains out of my nice shirts.
